Family outings

By moving as a family, we create quality moments with our children that will remain engraved in their memories.

• Dance duel: project a Force 4 active movement video and duel parents against children. Try the musical statue too: when the music stops, you have to assume a sports posture.
• Active outing: on foot, scooter, bike or skateboard, take a family outing in your neighborhood.
• Don’t let go of the ball: You’ve got a party balloon lying around? Inflate it! The aim is to pass the ball to a family member without it ever touching the ground.
• Family hikes: set off on an adventure with both feet. Make the walk interactive with active challenges (frog jumps, chasing steps) or nature elements to spot (a squirrel, bird, or insect).
• Multisports in the park: get together with the families in your neighborhood and enjoy each other’s sports equipment in the park. Each family brings what it has: soccer ball, badminton racket, Frisbee, dance rope, etc.
